Mit einem neu aufgebauten photoelektrochemischen Raster Laser Mikroskop (SLM) mit einer sehr hohen Ortsaufloesung im Sub-Mikrometerbereich wurden raeumliche Strukturen an solchen Halbleiter/Elektrolyt-Kontakten mittels Photostrom-Messungen untersucht.
In this study, spatial variations of such electrolyte/semiconductor-interfaces were investigated by photocurrent measurements using a newly constructed photoelectrochemical scanning laser microscope (SLM) with a very high spatial resolution in the sub-micrometer range.
