Italian term

ex voto

Non-PRO Italian to English Art/Literary
it refers to all those tokens of thankfulness for grace received.
It could be photographs, plaques, drawings and so on.
What would the best term be? The two I am uncertain about are:
ex voto or plaques of votive prayers

votive offerings

Someone familiar with religion and its appurtenances would know 'ex voto' (no hyphen in Chambers - Latin expressions don't usually have them); otherwise, 'votive offering'.

So, depends on your context

ex-voto

This is used in English. Mind the hyphen.
