Hi
This term appears in a list of an apartment's features such as a pianerottolo ecc. Of course I understand the words individually but the Internet is little help when it comes to the phrase.
All help gratefully received.
Thanks

upper-story room / attic
I would leave "annesso" out. Annesso means that the room is part of the property, and usually, as far as I know, is used for "outbuilding" rather than a space that is obviously part of the property itself.

Attic space
I would leave annesso (included) out. It is obvious that the part is included in the property, unless is a duplex for example. In that case I would translate: Attic space included in the unit.
