credo che quote stia per percents (eg 50%), ma potrebbe anche stare per rates (eg 50/100). dipende da come vanno espresse queste proporzioni.
comunque credo che abbia ragione rometranslation, sono parentesi in cui vanno inseriti i dati corrispondenti, cioè (in questo caso) la percentuale di shopper che fa la spesa anche etc...
