Ich muss die Klage einer Partei übersetzen, weil die erlaubte Gebäudehöhe des Nachbarhauses überschritten wurde. Dabei wird das Grundstück, um das es geht, erwähnt:

"fondo part. no. XX RFD XX"

Ich weiß, dass mit RFD das Grundbuch gemeint ist, aber was bedeutet "fondo part."? Könnte "Parzelle Nr. XX" gemeint sein?

Danke im voraus für eine Bestätigung oder sonstige Hinweise!

stabili e precise o linee destinate a diventare confini determinate con un precedente tipo di
frazionamento (fondo potenziale). Non sono fondi, invece, le particelle delimitate da linee
dividenti di qualità e classi, per loro natura labili.
