If this is an enclosed building, then "garage" should be fine. ...or maybe "automobile storage building" / "automobile storage" would work.

: Despite your comment, question indicates this is covered area, namely inside of a building. I would go for "indoor parking lots".

I think that "indoor parking lot" sounds very awkward and unnatural. A parking lot is by definition outside, as a "lot" is a plot of land. Only 972 English Google hits for "indoor parking lot" supports that.
