Context: 【０００６】図１４は上記した従来のモーター駆動制御説明図であり、モーター起動信号Ｓ２０２によりモーターが回転を始めるが、立ち上がり時の過大な電流消費により、モーターが立ち上がるのにＴ１の時間が必要になる。従ってモーターの立ち上がり時間を短くするには、電圧を高くとればよいがモーター用に別電源を用意しなくてはならず、コストが上がると共に機器の縮小化を図る際の障害となっていた。

: Rise time may be OK for a signal, but here we are not talking about a signal. It is about the time needed for the motor to reach a certain rpm speed. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Induction_motor
