Japanese term
必殺仕事人
Japanese to English
Medical
Medical: Pharmaceuticals
It appears in the sentence スーパーMRはまさに必殺仕事人である。I know that it is the title of a Japanese TV drama series. I'm having trouble thinking of an English equivalent that is easily understandable to English speakers.

Just another thought.
This refers to MRs, so they are making deals?

or "the ultimate marketer"?
or perhaps "Jerry McGuire"

Another suggestion - and largely because I am an avid gamer! Being that it is a Japanese phrase, I didn't give additional consideration to whether the term "marksmen" was sufficiently gender neutral either.
Hope it helps get your creative juices flowing.
