Gostaria de saber a melhor tradução, do português para o inglês, da expressão "tempo útil" no seguinte contexto:
"A Contratada garante um nível de serviço de disponibilidade de seus sistemas em 80% do TEMPO ÚTIL em regime 24 horas por 7 dias na semana, sendo que este nível de serviço deve ser garantido dentro do período acumulado de 12 (doze) meses."
Gostaria de saber se a expressão "useful time" se aplica a este contexto. Em caso contrário, o que vocês sugerem?
