In genetics, passport is information about a sample or specimen and the site of collection, as it was recorded at the time of collection. This should include: time and date of collection, exact location (with coordinates, if possible), identification characteristics, environmental conditions, and the name of the collector.
The term is in quotes because it is usuallly applied to fish, plants, and other specimens, but here to a human population, but still applicable.
