: I prefer to translate "kontrol'" as "monitoring" when it has a sense closer to "nadzor" than "upravleniye"

Better to leave "Scientific" out, they use this much more in names of institutes in Russian than in English;
I assume Interkor is a company or corporation, and it needs something in here to complete the name).
НИИЭМ им. Гамалеи is presumably the Gamalea Epidemiological and Microbiological Research Institute(though according to my reference source, admittedly an old one, this institute is named after Louis Pasteur).
Better to leave "Scientific" out, they use this much more in names of institutes in Russian than in English;
