U.S. translation of a Mexican term; somewhat strange to see it relating to Australia, however it could have been written thus by a Mexican.
It's what they use when they have no complete street address, common in small towns in Mexico. Then the person either goes to pick up the mail by name at the post office or the postman "knows" where the addressee lives with no address stated. In this case the street is known but not the number.
Hence, "Domicilio Conocido" - "address known" but the functional equivalent in the US at least is General Delivery.
"Poste Restante" in many other countries.

I think this is the official address of a company as registered with the Chamber of Commerce or the Tax Authorities. You can also say: domicile of corporation of business address.
