Here is the entire phrase....

These are slot machine counters that by way of a specific sytem connect with the State Controlling Agencies for tax and audit purposes.

Final choice Thanks for all your input. I finally ended up using "clearing" as of memory, since it fit better in context. Rollover was also mentioned in text...but that I assume means resetting to zero.

Hi Phil, it could be right...actually I made a mistake regarding country... this doc is from Peru not Spain. I will check it out....

@Phil I think so, setting counter to zero. All the pertinent information I find, however, is from Peru, not Spain.
