A LA APERTURA: Orden que se da en los mercados de valores para su ejecución en el momento en que abran los mercados su negociación diaria.
My translation is:
AT OPENING: An order given on the stock market to be executed at the moment the market opens for daily business.

The context is saying a market order at the opening (of the trading session or day). What I put is Wall Street jargon. There are many other options such as at the open, at the opening bell, etc.. I also put market opening.
