Durante todo el plazo de vigencia de Ia Línea de Crédito, "La Deudora" podrá solicitar utilizaciones siempre y cuando el conjunto de ellas vigentes y sin cancelar en cualquier momento a "El Banco" no excediere el importe total por el que se ha abierto Ia Linea de Crédito.

You don't need to put "the Borrower" and "the Bank" in quotation marks as the Spanish does. I would argue that you don't even need to use initial capitals.

Entiendo que "el banco" ha sido definido anteriormente como un banco especifico, por eso aqui pone a el banco en vez de albanco, por lo tanto entiendo que la frase se refiere a que el uso de la linea de credito podrá realizarse mientras quede dinero en la linea sin que el conjunto de las utilizaciones que se hagan lleguen al limite del credito. Como las utilizaciones se pueden cancelar, sería la suma de las utilizaciones sin cancelar a "El Banco".
