Memoria de la VII Legislatura
Spanish to English

Congress of Deputies
Good afternoon everyone. I'm translating a text and one of the sources quoted in the bibliography is the "Memoria de la VII Legislatura", edited by the Ministry of Defence.
Should I translate this? On the one hand, I should translate the names of 'common' works such as Boletín Oficial del Estado or Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea. On the other hand, I shouldn't translate the 'proper names' such as books.
But is the "Memoria de la VII Legislatura" considered a common or a "proper" work? If so, how should I translate it? TIA.

: I like the second option (and I'd considering putting the English translation in parenthesis the first time it's mentioned). Cheers, Simon
