neutral Al Zaid : seems logical, although the "matriz" thing seems confusing to me. I've never found an "argot" like that. Sorry for my ignorance. I propose we discuss it above to avoid posting "neutral" or whatever.

I think "matriz" here refers to a numbered entry in the land registry or cadastral registry
