Lo incluyo como respuesta por el matiz relevante que diferencia por ejemplo "functional ROM", esto es, los valores estándar que marcan el umbral de funcionalidad de cada uno de los movimientos del hombro en este caso, de ROM WFL, que señala que los ROM, los valores de rango articular de cada uno de los movimientos del hombro, aunque con alguna posible limitación, resultan funcionales.

: It's plural, funcionales. And rango de movimiento would logically be RDM.//But RAM is not an abbreviation for range of movement in Spanish or English.

We are possibly looking at the Spanish use of an English abbreviation though.
