Ritengo che quando si parli di assegnazione, sia più corretto parlare di CASA CONIUGALE, in quanto si fa riferimento proprio all'assegnazione della casa intesa come immobile; mentre, come correttamente Crtistina sottolinea, l'espressione TETTO CONIUGALE si usa per lo più quando si parla di abbandono.
