Article 17: Arbitration Board
In the case of controversy amongst the Federation and Members of the Federation, the dispute will be submitted to the judgement of an Arbitration Board seated in Berne, Switzerland, which will give a fair and unbiased verdict.
The Arbitration Board will consist of three members, two nominated by the opposing parties and the third one agreed amongst the first two. In case of non-agreement upon indication of the third arbiter, this last one will be nominated by the president of the Bernese Supreme Court upon request of the most diligent party.
