WF is not displaying TM

Hi, all, I am quite sure this has been already discussed, so I'd be gratful if someone could answer my question or re-direct me to the topic.

I don't know what's going on, but all I have is grey and ther's no way to display the TM. Can't even see the words that are in my glossary highlighted.
It happened already, but I always managed to solve it.

Sorry for this horrible explanation, but I am in a hurry and I am not so expert to detect the problem.
