What to do with a .xls.ttx file?

My client has sent me the format above. Is there anything I can do with this in Wordfast? If not, what file format should I ask the client for (I assume .xls.tmx)?

Cordula,

The unclean files in Trados have the extension .ttx. A Word document will be .doc.ttx and an Excel file will be .xls.ttx., etc.

Isn't there an option in Wordfast for exporting to Trados?
