Explanation:
After thinking about it for a second, it hit me that one way to say this so it sounds just as natural in English, is to use the negative and an antonym. No te alteras, means you are relaxed. Saludos, Tim.

What I meant to say is that Spanish has a large variety of ways to say "upset" because there isn't one particular word for it.
