To compile call center reports, the following data sources must be available:
• The call center's databank
• Current traffic flows (real time)
• Call center transaction databank (Call Detailed Records)
• Statistical databanks with predefined statistical data types of queues, pilots, agents, groups, etc.
Evaluation of the data must be performed with a report generator that supports tables and extensive graphic representations. It must be possible to compile, import, edit and delete layout specifications. For example, the data must be "in Balken-, *Torten*- und Kurven*form* darstellbar sein."
