A chi di competenza


Explanation:
Per quanto ne sappia in Italiano non abbiamo una simile espressione in quanto le lettere vengono sempre indirizzate ad una persona specifica con l'espressione: "All'attenzione di ...". Se proprio dovessimo tradurlo io andrei per "a chi di competenza".

se si tratta di "attention line" di una lettera qualora non si conosca il responsabile di quell'area ,ufficio o reparto che sia. Se, invece, l'espressione si trova nel corpo di una lettera sarebbe meglio tradurre con " a chi di competenza".
