I\'m translating a personal letter and adding footnotes in MS Word. But - the footnotes appear after \"kind regards\" and before the name of the person signing the letter. Can someone tell me how to reformat it so that the footnotes appear at the very end?
Help appreciated, Kim

When you choose \"Insert\" \"Footnote\" you get two options: \"Bottom of page\" or \"Beneath text\". Would it not be nice if these could solve your problem?
Best wishes,

In MS Words there are two kind of notes, the footnotes (at the end of the page) and the endnotes (at the end of the document).

I should have explained that my Word program is the Spanish version, and since Spanish isn\'t my strongest language I have trouble following the help notes. Since I\'m hopelessly entangled at this point, I\'d just like to delete the footnotes and start over again with endnotes. Any suggestions on how to get rid of them?
