Every dept has a plan, every employee of a certain dept has it's own personal plan and goals to achieve (every quarter and at the end of the year). Performance of every individual is discussed every quarter, and you get grades: "meet expectations", not meet exp.", "developing". If, at least, you're "meeting" through the whole year - you can get a small addition to your bi-weekly salary.
The isseu can differ with different corps but in a nutshell - this is it.
It is not quite the same as "incentive" or "bonus" or Rusian "premia" - you get this at the end of the year and the amount depends on the overall amount of profit made by your corp. and depending upon your seniority and salary. (Can be around $1500.00 at least).

Спасибо. Имеем опыт :-)) Только норовят и поменьше надбавить, эдак заковыристо, скажем, 0.27 бака раз в две недели :-)))

Incentive Pay
The company pays a lump sum payment to employees if established targets are achieved. Each year the Incentive Pay is set at a percentage of basic salary � the amount payable is dependant upon (and varies in proportion to) FG Wilson achieving certain annually established financial and non-financial targets. The payment is made in early March based on the prior year�s results.
