If it is a diagnostic situation, then I think you should be able to have access to the specialist, if these terms have to be translated accurately, or it would be good to find a Chinese-native practitioner for expert advice if possible.

you're probably right. I think there must be detailed descriptors of these terms somewhere in the tests...(perhaps you could go back to the client - because the meanings in the profession will be quite exact and specific...)

Acutally I was somewhat hesistant about the meaning of "indefinitely" here which I think should regard her ability to sit for a long, "unlimited" period of time. So I tend to use "���" for this one. "��ܶ��Գ�����" Any comments, Lesley?
