deliciously decadent cakes
المتعة مع الكعك (الكيك/الجاتوه) اللذيذ

Explanation:
Rather than translating the heading, I am suggesting a close Arabic alternative that might be suitable for a menu. Depending on the target market, you can select one of the suggested words for "cake". Over here in Egypt, people would be much more comfortable with كيك or جاتوه than كعك, which might be confused with the traditional Eid cookies.

Words-That-Are-Used-Incorrectly category.

The word in question in this case is "decadent." I'm tired of people using
the word "decadent" to describe foods. The word means "in a state of
decay or decline." You don't have to take my word for this because you
can look it up in any dictionary for yourself. According to this definition,
a "decadent" chocolate cake would be one that is covered in green fuzzy
stuff.

I don't know who decided that "decadent," when applied to food, meant
a rich indulgence, but it simply doesn't mean that. It means the food is
rotten, and nothing else. There are even cookbooks with the word
"decadent" in the title. Don't those writers own a dictionary? Do you
really want a cookbook featuring rotten food? Let's stop referring to
foods as decadent unless we are talking about the contents of a
garbage can, okay?

Please note the significance of "decadent" >> "covered in green fuzzy
stuff" >> "مزينة"

كيك شهي لا يقاوم

Explanation:
decadent is something that is self indulgent, or that can corrupt. in terms of food it is what makes you forget your intentions of dieting :)
If you want to translate it at all you can use مغري for it.
Otherwise if you have space you can paraphrase as irresistible.
In my opinion 'decadent' cannot be translated as مزينة
