I'm not sure what "sans impression" means in this context.
Si vous êtes un amateur de skateboard et bien vous serez ravi d’entendre que AAA organise pour une 2e année consécutive un vernissage de skateboards à la Galerie BBB le XX XXX 2006.
Le concept est simple, une trentaine artistes seront invités à créer un design original sur des planches (skateboards) sans impression sous le thème vitesse.

I've seen them called 'blank decks' in a slangy way and 'blank skateboard decks' in a less slangy way.

I suppose the design is the movement of the boarders and the organisers dont want marks left in the half-pipe or whatever they are boarding on as it might detract from the overall effect.
