German term
nachsetzen
"Grundsätzliches
Grundsätzliche Regeln
ABC Logo
Das Logo bleibt immer unverändert und darf nie ***nachgesetzt*** werden. Es müssen entweder die original Logo-Vorlagen aus dem Handbuch oder autorisierte Daten verwendet werden."
From a manual about designing a particular company's corporate logo. None of the translations that I have found for "nachsetzen" (including those already in the KudoZ open glossary) make any real sense in this context. A couple of dictionares have "cut back", but that doesn't quite seem right. Is it just "redesigned" o something? TIA for your help, and a very Happy Easter to all.

recreate
Nachsetzen implies that it is a logotype, so reset is certainly legitimate, but I feel that recreate is more readily understood.

Comment: "Thanks itla and the peer graders. It looks like "recreate" is the way to go here. But thanks also to Stephen - appreciate everyone's assistance."
