I hope that someone will be able to suggest a translation for this term in the context of the credit contract in which it appears:
"Por “Disposición” se entenderá el principal de cada cantidad dispuesta por el Acreditado en virtud del presente Contrato, (en la medida en que lo exija el contexto) el principal de la misma pendiente en cada momento.
“Disposiciones Extraordinarios” se entenderá ..."

Sorry I didn't explain: "Disponer" in the context of a credit agreement means using the funds, and that translates drawing down. The noun is "drawdown."

"El producto de todas las Disposiciones realizadas bajo este contrato se utilizará con fines empresariales generales." = The proceeds of this loan agreement shall be used for general business purposes.
Very poor Spanish, surely not composed by a finance savvy lawyer.
