Italian term
siero-innesto naturale
Italian to English
Science
Food & Drink
Food
The term is found in the ingredients of mozzarella cheese. I checked the dictionary and siero is 'whey', whereas 'innesto' seems to mean 'grafted'. But, I am not too convinced about it and I am pretty sure that there must be a specific English term.
