So che "grignoter" è "piluccare", mangiare piccole cose di tanto in tanto, spesso fuori dei pasti normali (con effetto appunto disastroso, in genere, per chi tiene alla linea...). Ma come tradurre il sostantivo corrispondente?

Ciao Gaetano, io cercherei di girarmela ruotando intorno al termine che ti propongo.
Ad esempio:
combattre les grignotages = eliminare gli spuntini fuori pasto
grignoter=si concedono spuntini fuori pasto/llontano dai pasti
le grignotage peut avoir des conséquences catastrophiques=consumare spuntini fuori pasto (anche se comunque io metterei: ma attenzione, perché così facendo/mangiando fuori pasto...)

Che fame che mi è venuta... meno male che è ora di cena... così non mangio fuori pasto!!
