Hi,
How would you translate the phrase "design notice" in this context on PV arrays?
"A design notice pointing to type B in case of RCD or to another protective". This "design notice" is one of the requirements a EUT needs to have when testing it.

La norma indica que es necesario incorporar una etiqueta en el equipo y un aviso en el manual que diga lo siguiente:
“Where residual-current-operated protective device (RCD) is used
for protection in case of direct or indirect contact, only RCD of Type B is allowed on the supply side of this Electronic equipment.”
Es decir, que indique que si es preciso incorporar un dispositivo de protección RCD, ha de ser de tipo B.
A ambos avisos (el del manual y la etiqueta en el equipo) se les denomina design notice, o aviso de diseño.
