ne bih smio davati i ealternative, ali postoji i jednostavna verzija "to root",, pa kaže i "rooted".. onda bi išlo (možda, nemam osjećaj kako to zvuči) "stone rooted istrian town". Ukoliko baš mora biti ukorijenjeno, onda je ovo vrlo, vrlo blizu onome što tražite.
