This is from a report on a "pressa" that doesn't work for a company that produces blades.
Visionato la macchina. La pressa presentava i seguenti problemi:
- Il decoiler non si può regolare per mancanza di molle;
- Tra la pressa e il decoiler il braccio che viene formato crea all’alimentatore uno sforzo troppo elevato per il trascinamento dell’alluminio.
La pressa presentava l’inutilizzo di due chiusure di riferimenti, provocando il **fuori sede** dell’alluminio dalle aste spinate.
Fatto estrarre dalla pressa ed eseguito controllo dello stampo, che non presentava alcuna rottura visibile.

It is not clear to me just how the rollstock is pulled out of position, or possibly alignment, on the decoiler arm, but that is the sense I understand.
