Whether before or after this date, the same transfer pricing rules applied with regard to services on charged. The idea is that the margin is posted only by the actual service provider. The entity which on charges the services to other group entities does not add a mark up.

Explanation:
I think it really means that the 'margin' is 'added' — but presumably, in this context, when it is added, it also figures in the accounts of the body adding it, hence the use of the term.
