French term
agent de contrôle
French to English
Bus/Financial
Investment / Securities
securitisation
In a contract between a securitisation pool company and a debt collection agency, they describe the latter as an "agent de contrôle" so I gather that the latter's role in the contract is supervisory but I am not sure. Is there an accepted definition in this context for this term? Thank you in advance.

Note from asker:
Thanks, Cristina, but I think that credit controller refers to a person rather than a huge company. |

Note from asker:
Thanks, SafeTex, I saw the references already on the site but they didn't seem to fit because they refer (I believe) to individuals rather than to a big company that is a debt collection agency but is acting as an "agent de contrôle" for this particular contract. I thought there might be something more specific I could use. |
