The CAE is a France-specific arrangement where an employment contract is partly financed by the State. Since it is such a specific term, this is one of the rare occasions when I would leave (at least the CAE) in French and provide a footnote or as short explanation in brackets.
I would say something like 'partly State sponsored employment contract specific to France' or something along those lines.
