Yo lo traduciría así: los directores pueden anular [cancelar] el pago de tales sumas, completamente o en parte, o imponer el pago sin tener en cuenta para nada el valor de las acciones en el momento de la confiscación o por cualquier consideración recibida sobre su derecho a disponer de ellas.
