Spanish term or phrase: modelos de gestión *transversales*
Hello:

I've seen this a zillion times, it's a common buzzword, and I'm sure the management model alluded to is from the English-speaking world. But I've never been able to trace it back to the original term in English.

Transversal is not it. Top-down and bottom-up management are common terms but they don't jibe with "transversal." I've seen cross-functional, cross-sectional, but I can't find the precise term.

If anybody knows what this management model is in English, I'd really appreciate them letting me know.

Thank you!

Coincidentally, the next words in the sentence I quote from above are "and cross sectoral services"!
