Dziękuję bardzo! Z 'confidential' jest takim wzorcem anglosaskiej pisaniny prawniczej, zresztą-to nie beletrystyka i nadmiar słownictwa-zawęża korzystnie interpretację. "to protect" jest zupełnie inną dyspozycją w normie, taką przytuloną, ale tu-inną :)
