Spanish to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) Contrato de arrendamiento - LEGAL
Se trata de un contrato de arrendamiento. El término "plazo forzoso" lo he encontrado definido como "Forced Term" o "Mandatory Term" y quisiera saber cuál es el correcto (si es que alguno de estos lo es).

TEXTO:
"El "Plazo Forzoso", estipulado en el cuadro "2"(dos) del (de los) Anexo(s) "B", es forzoso para ambas partes, sin que sus efectos legales se den por terminados, sino hasta que estén totalmente cumplidas las obligaciones que las partes contratantes en este documento han asumido."

Thank you all for your comments. The term (plazo) of the agreement is for 365 days and it is a pure lease agreement (contrato de arrendamiento puro).

@Robert/'Bob' - fixed term Thanks for that explanation. I'd call it a 'fixed term' of a non-periodic tenancy, letting or 'demise'.

@Adrian This is a standard clause in Mexican lease agreements, forcing both parties to accept the lease for a specific period. Either party will be liable for liquidated damages if they cut short that term for reasons other than contractual breach. What would you call that?

Plazo @ asker Can you pls. clarify how this plazo is expressed: as a specific cut-off or term date or as a length of time. Not very fair to leave us guessing and in misguided debate.
