"Baka" is definitely more standard, but I prefer the word "Aho" (from the Kansai dialect). Here's the romanized English: 馬鹿（アホ）ばっかりに囲まれているって感じ Baka (or Aho) bakkari ni kakomareteiru tte kanji.
