When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

the maritime vertigo of the blue waves of the cobblestones
sea dizziness of the sidewalks in blue waving
Thanks Bruno! You got the idea right with the word dizziness... but not sure yet if it is the best option. |
the pelagic vertigo of the blue waved pavements
the seasickness of the (portuguese) pavements, rippled with blue
Thanks Sarah. I absolutely love rippled with blue! but seasickness does not quite convey the more softa and nearly pleasnt feeling of vertigem marítima... still searching for the perfect expression... |
sorry for the mistakes! I meant soft and nearly pleasant... |
a sea fit of madness emerging from the wavy blue sidewalks
Thank you Juan, I like sea fit of madness but it may be too strong still... wavy blue sidewalks is nice |
the seasickness on wavy pavements of blue
Obrigada Aderson. Gosto muito do "wavy pavements of blue", mas seasickness pareçe me demasiado pesado se formos comparar com vertigem marítima que é bem mais suave e invoca algo de quase agradável... não encontrei ainda a expressão certa |

Good point! needs something more like giddiness, or lulled by the .... or even rocked by the the ...blue cobbled undulations
Obrigada Nick. Como disse ao Anderson, acho que mal de mer acaba por ser demasiado pesado tendo em comta que vertigem marítima implica algo de mais suave, quase agradável... Blue cobbled waves, gosto muito. |
