English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The duties of the Principal include:
1. the Architect acknowledges receipt of all relevant materials and documents necessary for the design as well as details of the Investment including details of the Principal’s legal association with the Property.
2. cooperation with the Architect in the implementation of the Agreement, reconciliation of the solutions proposed by the Architect on dates enabling the performance of the object of the Agreement.
