subcutaneous (sc)
It has to be a typo; sc versus se.
Subcutaneous insuline.
There is nothing else that makes sense in this context.
There is another minor typo in your text by the way; it is amlodipino, with "L", not amiodipino, with "i".

Note added at 10 hrs (2020-09-07 01:38:36 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------
And of course the most obvious one; giulisina, which should be written as glulisina, again with L versus i.

: Salvo que sea "se" por "subepidérmica"

Gracias, María Patricia. No sé, insulina subepidérmica no parece razonable en absoluto...

: Makes sense to me, since all these are typical OCR errors (l vs i, c vs e)

Exactly. Thanks Anne!

: Error del OCR, la insulina siempre se aplica por vía subcutánea, no subepidérmica

subepithelial
You might want to check this out. I expect und is unidad and se subepithelial, but I would certainly ask an expert or the client.
Example sentence:
To estimate the level of analgesia which can be obtained with simple intravesical instillation of ropivacaine in comparison to the combination of both instillation and subepithelial injection of the same agent.

Sin especificar: se, es lo que he encontrado en dos glosarios médicos, mire la referencia abajo. ¡Suerte!

It lists methods of administering medication in Spanish along with the associated abbreviation. In this and other abbreviation lists I have, I can't find any mention of 'se' in this context. As insulin is usually administered by subcutaneous injection (or an insulin pump), I would check with your client if 'se' was correct (as Peter suggests).
