FVA English to Portuguese Other Sports / Fitness / Recreation roll shells

This is a sports material, and playbook in this case is "a one-stop resource with all of the information you need to participate" in a campaign aimed at minimizing the risks of COVID-19 during a sports event. I'm looking for a word that could convey that meaning but also could connect with the sports universe (a strategy book maybe? I'm not sure what would the portuguese word be, though...).
