Given the context, I would use CALLING.

It's me again!
I found this text where both terms are used: CALLING AND VOCATION. You will determine which one you prefer. To me, BOTH are correct in your specific context.

Explore Your Vocation
To complement your search for your calling and vocation order the one hour audiotape Find your Calling: Explore Your Vocation in the on-line catalog #3. DEDICATION
é o termo menos pomposo e menos melado e menos errado.

aptitude
Eu traduziria vocação como aptitude.
Encontrei as seguintes explicações no www.dictionary.com:
1. A natural or acquired disposition or capacity for a particular purpose, or tendency to a particular action or effect.
"He seems to have had a peculiar aptitude for the management of irregular troops. --Macaulay."
2.An inherent ability, as for learning; a talent.

work power
Cascavel was builded by natives and their power of work!

Cascavel is a city that was built by the determination and hard work of its people.
A word for word translation is not possible here and does not convey what the writer meant.

Cascavel, a city built by the strength and talent of its people at work.
